Took a quick detour to Huggin' Molly's for lunch. I waited a bit for the greeter to make eye contact as I dutifully stood solo by the please wait to be seated sign. The menu isn't particularly vegan friendly, but a shrimp poboy or a set of side items will do. As I headed from Columbus (GA) to Destin (FL), the atmosphere of the restaurant and the town was worth the detour. TBH, Huggin' Molly's was a cut above the typical fast food alternatives.

Bubble gum music 🎶, bring you right back to Poodle skirts and soda jerks. Fantastic little place. Little pricey but the quality it worth the price. 100%.

Great ambiance, food is prepared from scratch. Great family style cooking and shakes are hand scooped real ice cream. Be sure to look for the history of the restaurant that is printed and hung on the wall.

Food was good+ but the wait was longer than expected. Prices are a bit high for the quality of food received. The dessert we ordered was absolutely FABULOUS making up for an average meal. Very interesting atmosphere was fun to see. The downtown area is very nice and made for an interesting visit.

Absolutely love this place and the history it holds within it. The employees have always been nice and helpful on each visit, and I love the atmosphere of the location. The outside of the place is nice as well on the street. I love the history and mystery behind it all.

Amazing old soda shop atmosphere, and amazing food. Every single item ordered by our table was outstanding, perfectly prepared, and full of flavor. We don't live in the area, but will be making special trips to come here in the future. It was that good!

Great job at restoring and maintaining this place for its historic value in this town. It was the only business open but i understand i was there on a holiday that fell on a monday. The food was tasty and served just right. Bathrooms were beautiful with vintage hardware and decor and very clean too

Wow! What a treat! We loved the atmosphere, the waitress was wonderful! And then the food!!!! Omgosh, the food was so good. I order the 431 pork steak sandwich with garlic mashed potatoes, both were so good. My husband ordered the build your own burger with fries and bragged the entire time. My daughter got the chicken wrap, she enjoyed it as well. My only complaint was that I didn’t have room for dessert. We had the fried pickles for an appetizer, very good too.
